church is something that we call buildings. but it shouldn't be that way. there's something about when you sing, when you meet with friends and when you share words and feelings about something as mutual and deep running as faith. Faith is something we all have in some way and it's important. and when we come together because our faith is set on this beautiful idea of unity in Jesus, we have church. church isn't a building, it's people. it's you. and it's me.

it's a connection that is beautiful. and it can come on spontaneously. like that heart-to-heart, wow, stayed up late with someone, got up early with someone, had coffee with friends and it was just like...there.

Like how Jacob wakes up from that awesome dream and says "surely God was in this place and i did not realize it."

God's been here all along. Church is when we open our eyes and wow...we see it. We see Him.

This is so true, church isn't just a building, it's the love of our brothers and sisters coming together. And it's really sad sometimes how people look towards going to Mass as a chore, you know? When actually it's a place where we realize our sharing in the love of Jesus Christ. When you look closely at it, you realize it is something beautiful.
