prunus persica oh my gracious

the top one and the bottom one. those are the most important.

Because those photographs are of pints of nectarines beneath tungsten lights, and ever since I was a child I never liked fruit of any kind to any great extent. Fruit was something to be tolerated because it was good for me. But now, here I am, basically a grown up even though you would never guess, and I make this shocking discovery. Because my mom comes home from running errands and says "oh and i got these nectarines from an organic fresh produce stand" and I think absolutely nothing of it until one night she has me try one and

oh. my. life is changed.

  1. Where to start?? First of all, beautiful post. I love the picture with the words, 'hope is a dangerous thing', written across the computer screen. That is powerful. Second, your design is breathtaking! I'm in love! Third, your comment message made me laugh. It's pretty awesome. :D
