sips

Life comes in sips. Like iced coffees.

It's easy to get overwhelmed, sometimes to the point where we're paying to much attention to the whole glass and missing the flavor of the one mouthful. It's important to savor. Conversations and love and hugs and long, late nights... they're all so worth every ounce of your attention.

Life is sweet like a cake. I wanna eat the whole entire thing forever. In fact, I'm going to. It's an abstract mix of everything I love about the cosmos. And if it gets rough sometimes...sometimes we just need somebody to hold us and tell us it's going to be okay. And if you haven't heard that yet today, let me be that person for you...

it's going to be okay. Everything's going to be alright. And by the way, you look smashing today.

To make the coffees featured here, I just brewed some strong Gevalia French Roast, and then whipped in some homemade coconut creme once it had cooled. Serve over ice. N' all that. (;

Tell me about your summer-- iced coffees involved?

  1. If someone told me i looked smashing, I think i'd marry them on the spot. But yes, savoring those little moments is the greatest thing we can do! Since you asked, my summer involved lots and lots of afternoons in the bookstore with my mom and my twin sister, drinking coffee, reading, and dreaming. Also beach trips, camping, a little sailing, and a whole lot of random things in between. My name's Fox by the way. have a good one.
